NEW CHOREOGRAPHY WORKSHOP

Ages 13 – 17

An exciting opportunity for students who wish to learn and perform new works by established NYC choreographers. Dancers ages 13-17, entering grades 8-12 as of the 2019-20 school year, are invited to audition for the Choreography Workshop. Students may audition to participate for two or four weeks. New Choreography Workshop can be taken as an add-on to or independently from the Teen Summer Intensive. Students may participate for two or four weeks.

Applicants should submit a 60-90 second video of themselves performing a work choreographed by the applicant or someone else. While students may submit a solo work in any discipline, modern and contemporary are recommended.

TO APPLY:

Rolling Admissions – all dancers will be notified within one week of their submission. Applications MUST include:

• Complete the Registration Form
  
  • You will be prompted to submit a link to a video file of work posted on a video platform (Youtube, Vimeo, etc.). If the link is password protected, please submit the password
• Pay $15 Application Fee
